Committees

There will be two standing committees.

The Board
The Selection Committee

Ad Hoc Committees.

Digital Media Buying Committee
Digital media vendor/product selection

Ad hoc committees will be created by the board as needed for specific goals.  At the time of creation, the board will appoint a chair and provide a basic charge, a list of deliverables, and a deadline.  The chair will recruit the other committee members, schedule meetings, fully develop the charge, and guide the group in creating the deliverables by the deadline, and make sure the following information gets on the website.

All committees will have the following information on the WPLC website:

• A charge
• A list of members (with contact information)
• Meeting notes
• Deliverables and any background information deemed necessary
• Ad hoc committee information will remain on the website, though the committee will be indicated as no longer active.  Once the information is no longer relevant, the committee information will be removed.
