OverDrive has sent out this message regarding fulfillment for Windows media titles. You or your libraries may be seeing a rash of support requests on this. We will keep you updated with any news:
This message is to inform you that beginning 11:30 AM Eastern Monday, December 15 fulfillment for OverDrive Windows Media (WMA Audiobooks, WMV Video, and WMA Music) went down. Users trying to download a title in one of these formats will receive an error. This is not affecting MP3 Audiobooks or Streaming Video. We are working with Microsoft to ensure that this issue is resolved as quickly as possible, and will notify you when the service is restored.
