UPDATE 11/20 7:02 PM: This issue has been fully resolved.
UPDATE 11/20 4:14 PM: The NOOK Periodicals issue that was previously communicated today has been resolved for new checkouts as of 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. NOOK is still investigating issues with previously downloaded titles in users NOOK account bookshelves. We will send an update when that issue is resolved.

NOOK Periodicals is currently experiencing some intermittent issues that may affect the download of titles. Users who borrow a magazine/newspaper and send to their NOOK, in some cases, the title may be marked as “pre-order" and unavailable to download.
OverDrive is investigating the issue with NOOK and we will send an update when it has been resolved.
